Online Registration Overview

Team and Individual Registration is now Open.

Registering online for this event is easier than ever before - and helps to ensure that all of the information entered into the system is accurate, so that the tournament goes smoothly.

All individuals log in to the registration system using their e-mail address and a password.  Your e-mail address must be validated before you can use it in the system - we require valid e-mails so that we can communicate important tournament information as needed.

Team Contacts must first register their team.  Upon acceptance into the tournament, players can begin registering to play on the team.  Team Contacts will accept the players by assigning a cap number.

Players only have to enter their information once, and may register for one or more teams they are playing with.  Note that players who are playing with more than one team, must be playing in different divisions (a player may not play on more than one co-ed team, for instance.)  Please be aware that, although we do our best to arrange the schedule to avoid conficts, it is possible in the later rounds and playoffs that conflicts will occur.

Once you are registered, especially as the tournament approaches, there will be a wealth of information online about the teams, players, and the tournament itself.  Enjoy the features that our new system offers - it makes the tournament that much more fun.
